In churches all around the Western world, this Sunday is the day pastors of all faiths will stand in the pulpit to tell single mothers how great they are. On top of that, today’s preacher men never miss an opportunity to shame men and tell them how they need to step up and wife up these broads.

Now am I saying we shouldn’t honor mothers on Mother’s Day? No, but if you’ve been to church lately then you know what I’m talking about. Do they uplift the women who got married before they got knocked up? Hell no!!! Why would they, that group is the minority now. Now it’s all about the constant pandering to 304s and single mothers. The old blank slate as Rollo likes to call it. Doesn’t matter what you did in your past, you are BORN AGAIN and woe to anyone who brings up your past. And women actually believe that blank slate should extend outside the church walls. They’re shocked when they find out it doesn’t.

For those who are in church on Mother’s day, make sure you stop back by next month for Father’s day. You won’t see any celebration of men or fathers. Nope, it’s another chance to kiss the single mother’s ass by telling me how they have to “do better”. What is “do better”, well of course it’s doing your part fellas by making one of these single mommies a respectable woman by putting a ring on it.

You’ll see the same script play out of your church has a Men’s or Women’s days. That’s why you won’t see a lot of young single men in the church. There’s nothing there for them. That old saying your grandparents said about meeting a good woman in church might have worked back in their time, but not today. Today’s church is full of WIC, Section 8, and multiple baby daddies.

Then on top of that a guy would have to sit there and be lectured about how he needs to step up (despite having his shit together) and how great the women are despite the fact they are a govt subsidized shitshow.

Just not worth a man’s time.
